There is, as normal, your letters, a look at the archive and some important dates for the diary for the year going forward. Inside this issue is the confirmation of the Presidential Weekend due to take place on 24th-27th September in Newcastle. Although, subject to change based on the Government's Covid guidelines, the weekend is planned to go ahead as long as we continue on the current Covid 'Road Map'. As usual the magazine is packed with feature articles including Malcolm Cowtan’s article, ‘Buses to Bethesda’. This is the first part, and it traces the history of bus services in this small slate mining community in North Wales. Roger Davies reports on the state of intercity coach services in America in his piece, ‘Divided by a Common Language’. This 48 page magazine is fully illustrated with full colour photographs as well as some older black & white pictures.
