Blackpool Trams & Recollections 1973 Part 1

In this volume we travel back to Blackpool in the year 1973 once more for the first of two parts covering that year published this month. Inside this book there are wonderful pictures of trams, many of which are no longer in service. However, some of the trams featured in this publication form part of the heritage fleet that provide a very popular service during the festive season on the now modernised network. This book helps to put what was happening in Blackpool during 1973 in perspective to what was happening in wider social context by giving example of key historical events that took place during that year.
